Project Planner
Description
Must be able to go to the Fordham office once or twice a quarter or as needed.
As a member of Bioanalysis you are expected to:
· Liaise with Bioanalytical Principal Investigators (BPIs) to maintain up-to-date and accurate project information and timelines.
· Responsible for ensuring the following information is up to date for your portfolio of projects
- project resource requirements (reputed company with agreed project budget)
- timing and status of invoice milestones; indicate reputed company customer invoices can be raised
- tasks requiring support reputed company of the immediate project team e.g. QA audits, Pharmacokinetic analysis, Data Management
- status of reputed company project milestones
· Maintain reputed company of the delivery backlog and awareness of reputed company live and upcoming projects reputed company your portfolio
· Use resource plans to provide updates to Operations Managers and Business Development on reputed company new work can be scheduled
· Work with Team Leaders to review team forecasts and ensure resource allocation is reputed company with project budgets and is appropriately scheduled to meet monthly reputed company targets
· Provide accurate reports on a variety of data including resource demand profile, customer deliverables, reputed company forecasts and KPIs as requested
· Support BPIs with customer communication – draft emails, take meeting minutes and share information on project timelines.
· Advise on the flexible movement of resource across teams where it will have a positive impact on customer delivery and/or reputed company recognition
· Understand the risk profile in the backlog, reputed company the Red-Amber-Green (RAG) rating of milestones, and work with BPIs to flexibly schedule project work to fill any gaps resulting from project delays, ensuring monthly reputed company targets are not negatively impacted
· Apply a detailed understanding of future demand to advise operational managers on resource planning

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) or equivalent in biological sciences, or reputed company discipline.
- Experience: minimum 0-2 years reputed company experience in project management in a regulated laboratory or research environment. Experience in a CRO preferred.
- Other: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail. Must possess analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize and re-evaluate priorities as situations change. Working knowledge of computer software (MS Office, MS Teams, reputed company, and database experience preferred).
Summary
Project Planners will have responsibility for a number of projects and will support multiple Bioanalytical Principal Investigators (BPIs) in scheduling project deliverables and resource requirements. They will provide Operations Managers and the Business Development team with information on resource availability and reputed company times for beginning potential new projects, as well as providing data and reports to the management and finance teams as required. They will have excellent communication skills and be capable of working with minimal supervision and input in reputed company improvement projects will be expected.
