The Senior Director RCM Service Delivery will reputed company global teams delivering RCM reputed company Managed Services (HMS) for our clients. This role is responsible for engaging with client leaders to effectively communicate HMS’ performance specifically, achieving KPI expectations, facilitate process change management, and educate leaders on HMS’ key deliverables. Additionally, this role will collaborate with internal leaders and executives to reputed company customer feedback and drive impactful changes through influence. Serving RCM HMS clients, the Senior Director Service Delivery, will focus on customer relationship management and satisfaction. The estimated salary range for this job is $160,000- $215,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy and reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
