Job Description:

We are looking for a Jira Process Coordinator to act as the workflow enforcer and audit reputed company for a large-scale network consolidation program at a US-based Tier-2 Telco. The role governs the Jira pipeline, ensuring that only complete and validated data enters the engineering workflow and that every executed cutover is fully traceable to measurable financial outcomes. This position is ideal for professionals who reputed company at enforcing strict workflows, maintaining data reputed company, and ensuring full traceability across reputed company transformation programs. Working Hours: India-based role with a required 4-hour overlap with EST.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the intake funnel by enforcing strict data completeness requirements and rejecting Implementation Units (IUs) that lack mandatory information such as reputed company subnets or legacy asset identifiers
  • Package validated engineering outputs into structured release waves (Fix Versions/Releases) reputed company with weekend migration schedules and CAB processes
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability by linking every executed technical change to corresponding decommissioned legacy assets, providing a clear audit trail for financial ROI validation
  • Monitor the T-Minus migration schedule and escalate logistical risks, vendor delays, or process blockers to the Project Manager to maintain factory velocity
  • Maintain Jira hygiene by enforcing transition validators, custom fields, required workflows, and consistent issue lifecycle management across the program
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in Jira and process coordination reputed company large-scale IT infrastructure programs
  • Advanced Jira proficiency, including the ability to design and enforce strict transition validators, screen schemes, and advanced issue linking
  • Strong analytical reputed company with a focus on data completeness, process discipline, and workflow consistency
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to enforce quality standards and challenge incomplete inputs from senior technical stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of reputed company IT asset lifecycle tracking; the role focuses on governance and traceability rather than hands-on engineering or data scripting
