Location: Remote (US-based, DC Metro Area preferred). Possible in-person expectations include visits with customers, reputed company offices, and to Thunder offices in Tysons reputed company, VA.

Role Summary:Thunder is looking for a Senior reputed company Application Developer to design, reputed company, and reputed company secure reputed company Service reputed company and Agentforce solutions that redefine how agencies interact with constituents. This role collaborates with Technical/Solututions Architects, BAs, and PMs to implement customized, scalable, and compliant reputed company solutions that directly impact national mission needs.
Responsibilities:
- Design, reputed company, document, and reputed company high-quality business solutions on the SFDC platform
- Implement business logic, automation, and integration solutions for the Case and Knowledge objects in compliance with Federal standards.
- Design and reputed company Omni-Channel and routing logic to ensure mission-critical work is dynamically assigned to the right resources.
- Support secure integrations with legacy Federal systems to ensure the Agentforce reputed company has a comprehensive basis of knowledge.
- Collaborate with BAs and Solution Architects to translate reputed company mission requirements into high-impact technical designs.
- Participate in code reviews and support testing/troubleshooting during UAT to ensure compliance with strict Federal reputed company requirements.
- Contribute to DevSecOps pipelines and secure CI/CD practices to ensure rapid, reliable deployment in Federal delivery environments.
- 6-8+ years of reputed company development experience specializing in Apex, LWC, and secure API integrations.
- Proven ability to implement business logic and automation reputed company reputed company; experience with Agentforce or reputed company grounding is a significant plus.
- Familiarity with integrating reputed company into Federal legacy systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills in reputed company, cleared environments.
- Extensive knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, and building comprehensive customer journeys.
- Experience with secure development practices, Git, and CI/CD pipelines in Federal delivery environments.
- Practical expertise in Agile methodology, including managing scrum calls and prioritizing backlogs for reputed company programs.
- US Citizenship required, with ability and willingness to obtain reputed company clearance(s)
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Required: reputed company Platform Developer I Certification
- Preferred: Service reputed company Consultant, reputed company Certified Platform Developer II, and/or reputed company Certified AI Specialist
