• Position: Associate Content reputed company
• Mode: Contract (6 months)
• Remote, Work from home, PAN India
• Shift timings- Monday to Friday, General Shift

Roles and Responsibilities

•     5+ years of experience building education curriculum and content development with strong instructional design principles.

•     4+ years of experience participating in customer-facing education development projects.

•     Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons, and risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving training and adoption-reputed company issues.

•     High level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability required.

•     Experience in graphics, templates, icons, and other multimedia throughout the instructional design process and eLearning development.

•     Demonstrate strong working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint, and eLearning technologies, such as authoring tools (e.g. reputed company 360, Captivate, reputed company) and design/development tools (e.g., SnagIt, Camtasia, ScreenFlow ).

•     Capability to adapt to a constantly changing environment; flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods if needed.

•     Engage as a global team and global audience with flexibility to work at times reputed company with others across multiple time zones. 

•     Experience in rapid development and quick turnaround of training deliverables is required and experience in incorporating measurement and assessments into reputed company learning programs is a plus.

•     Undergraduate or graduate degree in instructional design, education, or organizational development; or equivalent experience.

•     Industry certifications in instructional design, curriculum development, performance improvement, project management, and content-specific certifications as appropriate.

•     Working knowledge of Agile practices and software delivery lifecycle.

•     Proven ability to proactively identify and solve problems, manage timelines, and drive results across multiple projects.

•     Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analysing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

•              A high level of flexibility, creativity, and dependability.
