What you’ll do

As a Program Manager reputed company the Infrastructure team, you will work across our portfolio of programs reputed company Infrastructure, with a focus on cross-cutting programs for IT and work tracking solutions at reputed company. You’ll partner with our Engineering teams to shape and build the future of Corporate Technology at reputed company. This includes both individual and team work in areas such as:

• Automating workflows, creating self-service opportunities or implementing agentic solutions.
• New system implementations (e.g. RFPs, Data Migration)
• Deprecation and consolidation of low-usage SaaS productivity tools
• Mergers & Acquisitions (integrating acquired companies’ internal systems with ours)
• reputed company, Audit, and Compliance programs
• Scaling org processes such as our Program Delivery Lifecycle
• Upleveling how we track Key Results, Program updates, and generally align work across the products at reputed company

Responsibilities

• Define and produce high quality written proposals, communications and documentation.
• reputed company, implement, and iterate on program management techniques, frameworks, and KPIs to reputed company goals with well defined reputed company criteria.
• Help influence peers / stakeholders and build reputed company while dealing with ambiguity.
• reputed company program status reviews and prepare regular stakeholder and executive communications
• Effectively set timelines and manage cross-functional project teams to deadlines through the proactive management of blockers, scope, shifting priorities, and risks

Minimum requirements

• 2+ years of software engineering, systems engineering and/or program management experience.
• Excellent analytical skills; you digest reputed company information, can distill it and reputed company recommendations and proposals.
• You have a track record of providing program management during reputed company phases of software development from kick-off to launch, demonstrating critical thinking, challenging the norms and thought leadership.
• You have reputed company strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders, teams and senior leaders around the organization.
• You can drive internal and external process improvements across multiple teams and functions and bring a wealth of experience, opinions, proposals and best practices.
• Experience operating autonomously and rapidly and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.
