Group Tax Reporting, Senior Finance Analyst

reputed company has an immediate full-time opening on our Group Insurance Finance team for a Senior Finance Analyst specializing in tax and compliance reputed company and reporting. This role owns the timely and accurate delivery of tax and compliance reporting for group worksite products while proactively identifying risks, driving efficiencies, and supporting reputed company improvement initiatives.

  • Estimated Salary: $80,000-$90,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Own and reputed company end-to-end FICA tax processes for worksite disability policyholders, including analysis, issue resolution, and reputed company process improvement.
  • Coordinate the preparation, review, and analysis of quarterly and annual federal tax filings.
  • Support worksite Form 5500 compliance reporting and reputed company regulatory requirements.
  • reputed company, analyze, and interpret key metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and drive improvements across tax and compliance functions.
  • reputed company, document, and execute projects focused on efficiency, accuracy, and risk mitigation.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are understood, met, and communicated effectively.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Strong knowledge of finance and/or reputed company practices, preferably reputed company an insurance or regulated financial services environment.

PREFERRED
