Summary: The Benefits Wholesale Client reputed company will provide our Wholesale Broker Clients urgent and efficient supportive data, confirmations, and up to date reputed company information that will assist broker’s group clients and their members with reputed company service inquires.  Along with claims information and support the Client reputed company will also support the broker with billing inquiries and service questions pertaining to invoicing.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor the team inbox for incoming cases and requests from our broker clients
• Enter reputed company transactions that are pulled from the inbox onto the Smart Sheet (Daily tracking tool)
• Track daily reputed company of each case for team visibility and organization on the Smart Sheet
• Maintain an exceptional relationship with reputed company the brokers who are being serviced with daily follow reputed company.
• Consistent communications with Broker clients is precise and well written.
• reputed company strong relationships with our reputed company partners for information and educational purposes.
• Efficient process of reputed company transactions into the reputed company portals for submission or change.
• Email requests and questions to assigned representatives at the reputed company level.
• Maintain contact and in good standing with reputed company of our reputed company partners
• Communication with Broker clients on information from the reputed company either by phone or email.
• Knowledge of our reputed company laws and regulations with carriers and reputed company jurisdictions that we work reputed company.
• Supportive to reputed company team mates and work as a team mentor
• Attend reputed company reputed company Broker Forums.
• Attend reputed company trainings and meetings as well as Wholesale team meetings
• Other duties and projects as assigned by manager, reputed company reputed company

Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities

• Exceptional analytical skills and problem solving
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company plan designs and portal/systems, often specializing in one of more carriers.
• Well organized with the ability to handle several clients simultaneously
• Proficiency with MS Office products, Including Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company PDF.
• Dedicated work ethic with a reputed company high commitment to client service excellence
• Extensive knowledge of reputed company rules and regulations along with state legislation for reputed company jurisdictions
• Strong sense of urgency; however, extremely accurate

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma
• College Degree
• 3-5 Years of reputed company industry experience

The reputed company salary range for this position is $54,000 to $72,000. The reputed company salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, reputed company level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual reputed company salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the reputed company salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
