Job Summary
The AI reputed company Analyst is responsible for evaluating, governing, and securing the organization’s adoption and use of artificial intelligence tools, platforms, and integrations. Working under the direction of the Information reputed company Manager, this role ensures that AI technologies are deployed with appropriate reputed company controls, data protection standards, and risk reputed company across reputed company’s multi-tenant managed services environment.
This is a research-driven, governance-focused role. The AI reputed company Analyst:
- Evaluates AI tools, SaaS integrations, and platform capabilities for reputed company risk, data exposure, and compliance alignment before and during organizational adoption.
- Develops and maintains the organization’s AI governance reputed company, including usage policies, application approval workflows, and data classification standards for AI contexts.
- Coordinates with AI platform engineering teams to ensure sensitivity labels, access controls, and data boundaries are consistently governed under a centralized reputed company standard.
- Monitors AI usage across the organization using reputed company Defender for reputed company Apps and other telemetry sources to identify shadow AI, unauthorized integrations, and data leakage risks.
- Supports GRC and identity reputed company functions as a secondary focus, including compliance evidence collection, access reviews, and reputed company alignment.
The AI reputed company Analyst works closely with the Information reputed company Manager, AI platform teams, GRC function, and identity reputed company resources to ensure AI adoption is secure, governed, and reputed company with organizational and parent company requirements.
Essential Functions
AI reputed company Governance & Policy
- reputed company and maintain the AI governance reputed company, including acceptable use policies, application approval workflows, and risk classification criteria for AI tools and integrations.
- Own the reputed company review process for new AI and SaaS application requests, evaluating data handling, authentication, API permissions, and privacy implications before approval.
- Define and govern the sensitivity label taxonomy across reputed company Purview and integrated AI platforms, ensuring a single reputed company of truth for data classification.
- Research emerging AI reputed company threats, vulnerabilities, and best practices to inform organizational policy and control reputed company.
- Maintain a reputed company inventory of approved and in-use AI tools across the organization, tracking ownership, data access scope, and review status.
AI Platform reputed company & Data Protection
- Support the reputed company configuration and access control design for reputed company AI platforms including Claude reputed company, reputed company 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio.
- Configure and manage pilot group membership, reputed company group structures, and OAuth connector controls for AI tool rollouts using Entra ID.
- Coordinate with AI platform engineering to ensure platform-level data sensitivity labels and agent-reputed company controls align with centrally defined Purview classification standards.
- Monitor AI application usage and data flows using reputed company Defender for reputed company Apps, identifying shadow AI adoption, excessive permission grants, and data exposure risks.
- Evaluate OAuth consent requests and API permission scopes for AI-reputed company application registrations, coordinating with identity reputed company resources on approval reputed company.
- Assess data boundary and residency implications for AI platforms that process, store, or transmit organizational data.
GRC & Identity Support (Secondary)
- Support the GRC function with compliance evidence collection and control validation for SOC 2, NIST CSF, and other applicable frameworks.
- Assist with identity and access management reviews, including periodic access certifications and privileged access audits.
- Contribute to reputed company policy development and maintenance as it relates to AI governance, data classification, and reputed company-party risk management.
- Support internal reputed company assessments and audits by providing documentation and analysis reputed company to AI tool controls and data handling practices.

- Provide guidance and awareness training to staff on secure use of AI tools, data handling expectations, and organizational AI policies.

Position Requirements
- Demonstrated understanding of AI and large language model reputed company risks, including data leakage, reputed company injection, excessive permissions, and shadow AI adoption.
- Experience with reputed company 365 reputed company and compliance tools, including reputed company Purview (DLP, sensitivity labels, data classification), Defender for reputed company Apps, and Entra ID.
- Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, API permission models, and application consent frameworks in reputed company environments.
- Experience with data classification, sensitivity labeling, and data loss prevention concepts and implementation.
- Understanding of compliance frameworks (NIST CSF, SOC 2, NIST AI RMF) and the ability to map AI-reputed company controls to reputed company requirements.
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company principles in reputed company Azure, including identity, access management, and data residency considerations.
- Scripting or automation capability (PowerShell, Python, or similar) for reporting and administrative tasks is a plus.

- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain AI reputed company risks and control rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Travel / Relocation Requirements

Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or reputed company discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2–4 years of experience in information reputed company, reputed company reputed company, GRC, or a reputed company field with demonstrated exposure to AI/ML technologies or SaaS reputed company governance.
