The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing payments, and conducting proactive reputed company to support the agency’s retention and growth goals.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer policy inquiries reputed company phone, email, and other communication channels
- Collect and process payments accurately and in compliance with agency standards

Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Insurance license (Property & Casualty) or willingness to obtain reputed company a specified timeframe. Preference given to candidates with existing license
- Prior experience in customer service, strongly preferred experience in an insurance or financial services environment
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to handle high-volume calls
