Job Overview

As a Sr. Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in handling inbound service inquiries, creating leads, and selling new services to our customers. This is a service + sales role that requires exceptional communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for delivering results. You'll work from the comfort of your home, leveraging your skills and experience to drive sales and service delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound service inquiries, create leads, and sell new services to customers

• Utilize computerized systems to identify customer needs, track contacts, and gather information

Essential Qualifications

• Combined 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience
