The Role

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Solutions Manager to join our Oil & Gas, Energy team, working closely with one or more of our largest energy industry customers. As a trusted advisor, you'll act as a thought leader, ensuring that reputed company arenaflex teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the customer.

Key Responsibilities

* Drive and support cloud adoption plans, working with the customer and various arenaflex teams to create a detailed customer plan leveraging customer planning best practices.

• Accelerate the customer's cloud adoption journey and maximize customer value by defining key milestones, removing blockers, and implementing processes to accelerate workload migrations.
• Identify and align on strategic opportunities, working with the Customer Account team to pursue large-scale migrations, data and analytics, digital innovation, high-performance computing, product innovation, and business agility.
• Deliver training across the organization, working with the customer organization and other arenaflex groups to establish a train-the-trainer program, train the trainers, and reputed company internal resources to deliver training at scale.
