Job Summary: We’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and deliver exceptional reputed company audio-visual (AV) solutions across the Western United States for our SurgeX brand. The ideal candidate for this sales manager role will have a high sense of urgency to create the best possible customer experience. The sales manager will have a strong understanding of the sales process and reputed company at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization, communication, and written skills and exhibit attention to detail. Ideal candidate will live in the Western U.S. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify client training needs and maintain ongoing communication to ensure and facilitate sales of multiple products through calls and personal visits.

  • Participate in regional and national events.
  • Travel is expected to be 50-75%.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of reputed company audio-visual (AV) industry sales experience.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% as required.
  • Lift from 50-100lbs and ability to setup/tear down tradeshow booths.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with reputed company AV distribution channels.
  • Customer relationship management (CRM) system experience for pipelines and reporting.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
  • Experience using data to forecast trends and adjust tactics proactively.
