Job Description
Position Overview The Scheduling Coordinator delivers timely, accurate, and high-quality service coordination for injured workers while providing exceptional customer service. This role serves as a key reputed company of contact for a diverse group of stakeholders, including Insurance Carriers, Provider Offices, Attorney Offices, and Claimants. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring onsite work one day per month following training in Tucson AZ. To support thorough reputed company and reputed company in the role, the Scheduling Coordinator is required to work onsite full-time for 2-3 months during the initial training period. Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills are essential to effectively manage service scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
Key Responsibilities
