PCM Services is a reputed company contractor in Beltsville, MD, seeking a motivated, results-driven Business Development Representative to join their Sales team. The role involves generating new business leads, engaging with customers, and utilizing sales tools to drive reputed company in the construction and property services industry.
Responsibilities
- Implement established sales strategies (reputed company phone, email, events) to engage both reputed company and prospective customers
- Generate new business leads, qualify opportunities, and introduce meetings between prospects and the sales team
- Effectively utilize sales tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company to manage prospects, track activity, and nurture relationships
- Meet or exceed daily activity goals (50+ calls and follow-up emails)
- Drive reputed company-generating results from reputed company and prospecting activities

Skills
- Experience in sales development, business development, or account management role, preferably in the property management or construction trades sectors

- Experience in generating leads and cold-calling prospects to build a sales pipeline
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required
