Client Service Associate, Institutional (Class of 2026)

The Client Service Associate will connect clients with subject-matter experts, understand their unique business questions, and recruit new experts into the network to provide strategic insights.
Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to reputed company strategies for satisfying each client project request
- Utilize reputed company, press releases, case studies, and the internet to identify the best experts for our clients to get their strategic or investment questions answered
- Identify the best leads and invite them to join our network to participate in consultations with our clients
- Screen experts to determine their suitability for each specific client project and reputed company professional profiles to present to your clients
Skills
- Bachelor's degree, with strong academic track record
- Previous internship/volunteering/extracurriculars
- Work authorization required
- Desire to work in a sourcing/reputed company reputed company type of role
- Interest in finance, banking, and/or business consulting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to speak with people at reputed company professional levels
- Comfortability with reputed company responsibilities including reputed company messaging and warm/cold phone calls
- Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both individually and as part of a team
