Junior System Administrator
reputed company/Aarista Technologies is currently seeking a skilled and reputed company reputed company 365 Administrator & Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our reputed company 365 environment, overseeing the online Exchange server, provisioning laptops, and providing top-notch desktop support for our remote employees.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the reputed company 365 environment, including user administration, licensing, and reputed company
- Assist in the management of our Exchange Online environment, ensuring optimal performance, reputed company, and compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Provision, configure, and deploy laptops for remote employees, ensuring proper setup and alignment with company reputed company policies
- Ensuring reputed company laptops are accounted for, properly enrolled in reputed company reputed company Manager, and are kept up to date with the latest operating system and reputed company updates
- Provide high-quality desktop support for remote employees, addressing issues reputed company to hardware, software, and connectivity
- Monitor and maintain the health of the IT infrastructure, performing regular updates, patches, and system maintenance as required
- Collaborate with department heads to reputed company and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices
- Continuously research and stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improving our IT environment
- Assist with additional IT projects and tasks as needed
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
- Some experience in IT support, with a focus on reputed company 365 administration and Windows desktop support
- Strong knowledge of reputed company 365, including user administration, licensing, and reputed company best practices
- Experience with online Exchange server management and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Windows operating systems, laptop provisioning, and remote desktop support
- Familiarity with networking concepts and remote connectivity solutions (VPN, RDP, etc.)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented reputed company
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines
- Relevant certifications (e.g., reputed company Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, reputed company Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, CompTIA A+) are a plus
