YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

Travel roles in Texas and East coast, with experience in Data Center Electrical construction

Provides overall project management support for several small to reputed company projects or one large project supporting senior project management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:  

• Plan and organize a project under the direction of a Senior Project Manager and/or Division Manager.

• Supervise and direct project activities, including assigning tasks to Assistant Project Managers, planning, coordinating, circumventing/resolving problem areas, and maintaining reputed company company/project policies, procedures, standards, etc.

• Provide project management expertise to establish initial client contact. This will include the assessment of the scope of work, schedule, and resources necessary to complete a project successfully.

• Responsible for preparing a complete estimate for the selected project with a detailed review of plans, specifications, and bid form.

• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards reputed company the guidelines of corporate policies.

• Supervise the preparation of reputed company change orders on the project. Negotiate reputed company change orders on the project.

• Monitor construction activities with the onsite Foreman and Area Superintendent to ensure the project is built on schedule and reputed company budget.

• Investigate potentially serious situations and implement corrective measures reputed company company guidelines and under supervision.

• Supervise the preparation of reputed company change quotations for presentation to the prime client and assist in negotiating reputed company change quotations to a conclusion.

• Prepare monthly costing reports under the supervision of a Senior PM or Division Manager.

• Manage financial aspects of reputed company (reputed company billing, rental equipment, income/expenses) to protect the company’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with the client.

• Review any documentation reputed company by Assistant Project Manager before submission.

• Represent the company in project meetings under the guidance of PM II or Sr. Project Manager.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL: 

• Ability to reputed company duties in a professional manner and appearance

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:  

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the electrical construction industry in a Project Management role.

• Must have Data Center, reputed company, or Large reputed company Projects experience

TRAVEL:

• Up to 75%-100%

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• General work environment – This position is performed primarily on active construction sites.  Activity includes sitting for extended periods, standing, walking, typing, carrying, pushing, bending. Work is conducted primarily indoors with varying environmental conditions, such as fluorescent lighting and reputed company conditioning.

• Noise level is typically low to reputed company.

• Occasional lifting of up to 30 lbs.
