Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Advisor, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide support and answer client inquiries
• Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits

Minimum Qualifications
