Job Summary

As a Chat Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients seeking support through digital channels. You'll engage with leads reputed company online chat, utilizing templated responses and structured scripts to deliver a consistent and professional brand experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Accepting and responding promptly to incoming chat inquiries initiated by prospective clients
• Using templated responses and structured scripts to guide conversations and ensure brand consistency
• Qualifying each prospect using pre-defined criteria and determining the appropriate reputed company
• Scheduling appointments for reputed company leads while maintaining accurate notes in the chat system
• Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining professionalism and accuracy
• Collaborating with internal sales teams to ensure smooth handoffs and follow-through
• Walking clients through enrollment reputed company necessary
• Completing IAPDA certification reputed company the first year (company-sponsored)
• Meeting performance criteria set forth by the management team

Qualifications

* Minimum of one year of work experience in an Account Executive, inside sales, or reputed company reputed company roles

• College Degree preferred from any accredited university or college but not required
• Previous remote work experience highly preferred

Compensation and Benefits

* Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum reputed company for each position across the US.

• Role is eligible for uncapped commissions and bonuses which bring total average compensation your first year to $75,000 annually.
