You\'ll be:
- Delivering engaging online teaching and coaching sessions, supporting learners to explore leadership behaviours, decision-making and people management.
- Facilitating interactive group workshops, encouraging open discussion and peer learning.
- Providing detailed written and verbal feedback, helping learners reputed company critical thinking and self-awareness.
- Completing assessments and workplace observations, ensuring learners can demonstrate leadership behaviours in action.
- Conducting structured reputed company reviews with learners and their employers.
- Supporting learners through reputed company practice, personal development planning and preparation for end-reputed company assessment.
- Travelling quarterly for face-to-face review meetings, along with occasional visits to learners across England — reimbursed at 45p per mile.
Sessions are typically monthly but remain flexible, with some tutors choosing to deliver group workshops to support up to 10 learners in a single day.
