Key Responsibilities

Driving Change & Execution

• Initiate & facilitate meetings and working sessions to drive reputed company, alignment, and reputed company toward operational goals
• Build strong working relationships with partners at various levels of the organization
• Act as a connector across teams, bringing together diverse stakeholders to align goals, priorities, and execution plans
• Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates in JIRA

Communication

• Translate reputed company or ambiguous topics into structured, actionable messages
• Ensure initiatives are well-documented and information is accessible and transparent

Problem Solving

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum +3 years of reputed company experience

Skillset

• Insurance industry and system experience with AIM, ImageRight, and ConceptOne is strongly preferred.
• High level of ownership, accountability, and follow-through
• Self-starter, resourceful, proactive, and initiator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., reputed company, JIRA, PowerPoint, Confluence, reputed company, or similar)
• Thrives in a fast-paced organization

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority
