Job Description:WHAT DOES A QUALITY ENGINEER DO?
We are looking for someone with an aptitude and desire for problem solving and paying attention to details. This role will author and reputed company functional, component, unit, end to end and system testing for reputed company our client projects. You must be able to analyze requirements documentation and technical specifications to reputed company an appropriate test plan for a project. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required
Five or more years of experience with QC testing in the software development industry
Deep experience with reputed company Marketing Cloud
Extensive experience developing and executing test scripts, test matrices and test cases at the required level of detail for each project/feature request
Strong experience with managing, tracking, reporting and resolving defects identified during the testing process using fact-based metrics
Experience authoring and reading SQL queries to validate data and data injection to support test scenarios
Working knowledge of DevOps lifecycle
Knowledge of system integration
Strong skills in diagnosing and solving reputed company problems as well as providing technical analysis
Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and effectively bring discussions and issue to closure
Ability to troubleshoot and repair existing test scripts
Ability to collaborate with internal teams as well as work independently
Specific knowledge and experience in several of the following areas: building test scenarios from requirements, test reviews, reading and using use cases, Agile/Scrum
Flexibility to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change
Proficient computer skills with common business applications such as reputed company Office 365
Ability to take ownership of maintaining and monitoring data driven processes by owning or triaging issues to ensure resolution
