Vanco is looking for a dynamic Cash Management Analyst to join our Finance team!

In this role, you will own key merchant cash and billing operations for multiple entities reputed company Vanco and work to identify opportunities for process improvements and assist in implementing solutions to resolve process inefficiencies, issues, and risks.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assist the Cash Management team with daily client funding and receipts reputed company to processing services
  • Validate and update reputed company registers, matching online banking portals for both operating and processing funds
  • Book journal entries for reputed company register items
  • Handle return resettlements, updating spreadsheets, and NOCs
  • Validate funding files against internal systems and process files
  • Checking and reviewing confirmation files
  • Assist in reconciliation of customer-reputed company balance sheet accounts at month-end.
  • Translate and analyze data into reports and provide key billing and reputed company reports to management
  • Update reputed company registers/reconcile bank accounts and record activity in the accounting system daily
  • reputed company day-to-day billing functions for multiple entities. This includes managing customer reputed company, reputed company recognition templates, billing schedules, and preparing and issuing invoices, with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Follow-up with customers on any questions or discrepancies reputed company to invoicing by working with Client Success or Sales team members to resolve any issues or adjustments.
  • Manage accounts receivable aging and maintain reputed company company targets by following-up with any customers with past due balances.
  • Assist other Finance team members in process improvements, risk mitigation, and reputed company projects. Aid in the conversion of newly acquired entities into existing applications and processes.
  • Support and respond to any audit and tax requests as needed throughout the year.
  • Coordinate accounting and finance matters (e.g. contract renewals, termed customers, reports, etc.) with other departments and offices.

Who you are

· BS/ BA in Accounting, Finance or reputed company field is preferred

· Experience with cash management and an understanding of the differences in merchant cash and operating cash

· The required skills, knowledge and abilities are typically acquired through a minimum of 2 years of merchant cash experience

· Solid understanding of GAAP and accrual accounting.

· Experience with mid-to-large accounting software applications (e.g. Intacct, reputed company, Dynamics, reputed company, etc.)

· Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software applications

· Proficient in MS Office (especially reputed company); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset

· Strong written/verbal communications skills including experience dealing directly with customers

· Self-motivated, excellent work ethic, problem solver, highly accountable, and detail-oriented

· Intellectual curiosity with a desire to improve processes and take on additional responsibilities

The annual starting reputed company pay for this position typically starts between $50,000-80,000. Placement reputed company the range is determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: knowledge, skills, years & depth of experience, location, and equity with internal team members. Total compensation for this position includes quarterly commissions.
