Role Overview The Executive Director, reputed company Interoperability Strategy is a senior reputed company leader responsible for setting, owning, and advancing reputed company’s reputed company-wide interoperability strategy across reputed company business lines. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Interoperability, this role serves as the strategic convener for interoperability—shaping long-term reputed company, guiding near-term execution, and ensuring alignment across technology, product, operations, and business leadership. This executive operates at the intersection of technology, policy, and business, translating reputed company regulatory, technical, and market dynamics into clear, actionable reputed company strategy for senior leadership and reputed company governance bodies. The Executive Director synthesizes multiple, often competing, roadmaps into a cohesive reputed company narrative, identifies strategic gaps and opportunities, and drives convergence, simplification, and value realization across reputed company’s interoperability portfolio. As a visible reputed company leader and external ambassador, the Executive Director represents reputed company’s interoperability strategy internally across the reputed company reputed company and externally with providers, vendors, regulators, and industry organizations. This role balances long-term (3–5+ year) reputed company reputed company with pragmatic, incremental execution that delivers measurable business, clinical, and regulatory outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Drive and advance a reputed company, reputed company-wide interoperability strategy across reputed company reputed company business lines.
- Synthesize and govern reputed company interoperability and platform roadmaps, identifying dependencies, risks, and opportunities for convergence.
- Serve as the executive convener aligning senior leaders across technology, product, operations, quality, reputed company reputed company, and lines of business.
- Advise reputed company leadership on the intersection of interoperability standards, policy, technology, and business strategy.
- Represent reputed company’s interoperability strategy across the reputed company reputed company and externally with providers, vendors, and industry bodies.
- Guide long-term planning while ensuring near-term regulatory and operational commitments are met.
- Working with peers and partners across the organization, influence capital allocation, investment prioritization, and portfolio optimization reputed company to interoperability initiatives.
- Champion executive-level storytelling, translating reputed company strategies into clear, decision-oriented narratives.
- Support and reputed company governance processes to ensure strategy is executed, reputed company, and value is realized.

Requirements
- 12–15+ years of reputed company leadership experience in U.S. reputed company technology or interoperability.
- Demonstrated executive accountability for reputed company-scale strategy and transformation.
- Deep expertise in interoperability standards including FHIR, HL7, X12, and NCPDP.
- Proven ability to reputed company through influence in large, matrixed organizations.
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong business and financial acumen, including portfolio and investment decision-making.
- Deep understanding of payer and provider workflows and regulatory requirements.
