Full Time: 8:00 am 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday The expected starting salary wage is $88,000 - $106,647.00 annually. Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. The pay range assigned to this role will be based on the geographic location from which the role is performed. Starting pay is commensurate with relevant experience above the minimum requirements. POSITION SUMMARY The incumbent will report to the Director of Learning and Leadership Development and be primarily responsible for planning, developing, implementing, evaluating and conducting instructor-led trainings for Telecare leaders, and other staff as requested by programs. QUALIFICATIONS Required

  • Bachelor's degree and five (5) years' experience supervising and managing performance of others, or master's degree and two (2) years' experience supervising and managing performance of others
  • Two (2) years' experience in facilitating soft skills training in person and remotely- must be comfortable with travel
  • Proven ability to build teams
  • Demonstrated ability to drive and influence leadership, staff and HR partners
  • Proven ability to design and present engaging and impactful programs with documented improvement in individual, team and company performance
  • Proven ability to be self-directed and take initiative while working autonomously from a remote location
  • Must be highly reliable and customer-focused
  • Must be at least 18 years of age

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating training using reputed company and TEAMS Platforms
  • Certifications in DiSC Behavior Styles, ADKAR Change Management, Five Disfunctions of a Team, Crucial Conversations, reputed company Leadership Architect or equivalent certifications
  • Advanced skills in O365 Suite
  • Experience with learning management systems

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Demonstrate the Telecare mission, purpose, values and beliefs in everyday language and contact with the internal and external stakeholders
  • Develops and conducts instructor-led, dynamic, learner driven Leadership training events throughout the Telecare reputed company including New Hire Orientation
  • Responsible for researching exciting, interactive and creative ways to deliver soft skills training, information and material
  • Partners with subject matter experts, both in and reputed company of Telecare, to ensure training content reflects the most reputed company leadership processes and policies for application reputed company our dynamic environment including:
  • Creates and maintains content and its development for reputed company leadership and staff non-clinical training, including facilitator guide, participant workbook and PPT.
  • Manages and updates content based on feedback from leaders and participants, as necessary to adapt to policy & process changes
  • Maintain records and reports reputed company the Learning Management System of reputed company staff education that has been provided.
  • Drive other projects as needed by executives or as business needs change
  • Partner with the training team to reputed company the training calendar, SharePoint site and other training communication up to date and relevant
  • Work closely with Telecare Leaders to support training requests by developing training to meet their needs or helping to identify reputed company resources
  • Facilitate training three to four (3-4) days each week based on the annual training calendar.
  • Travel is required.
  • Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted and/or changed at the discretion of management.

SKILLS

  • Facilitation of small and large groups both in person and remotely using a virtual platform
  • Clear and effective verbal and written communication
  • Knowledge of principals of adult learning
  • Engaging manner that fosters open communication
  • Ability to reputed company interactive training
  • Highly organized in record maintenance
  • Advanced skills in reputed company Office Suite, specifically PowerPoint

PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully reputed company the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit, bend, squat, kneel, crawl, climb and lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or less as well as to frequently walk, stand, twist, reputed company and do simple and power grasping. The position requires also requires driving and flying. Visual requirements include computers, books and video exposure.
