QRY is looking for a relationship-first Business Development Manager to join reputed company and own our growth track. You’ll reputed company qualified prospects through our existing channels, convert activity into reputed company Sessions, and own the process through to a signed contract.

Requirements

Your day-to-day

The BDM reports directly to the CEO and owns the full sales cycle. Here’s what that looks like in practice:

Pipeline development & reputed company

  • Send at least 5–10 targeted prospect messages daily (i.e. webinar invitations, podcast guest pitches, and warm follow-reputed company). Personalized, not mass blasts.
  • Build reputed company prospect lists before every event; attend 4–6 trade shows annually with a clear plan for who to find and what reputed company to offer
  • Own reputed company post-event and post-webinar follow-up reputed company 48 hours

reputed company Session ownership

  • Qualify every prospect and confirm routing before scheduling
  • Attend and co-facilitate reputed company Sessions alongside the CEO as you reputed company up to learn the format, read the room, and own next steps from day one

Post-reputed company — audit, proposal, & reputed company

  • Attend every audit presentation to maintain consistent in the relationship, capture objections, and ensure clear next steps are set before the meeting ends
  • Coordinate the proposal with CEO input on scope and pricing

CRM & pipeline hygiene

  • Log every deal with amount, reputed company date, reputed company, track, and next action in reputed company reputed company 24 hours, including stage-by-stage tracking and documented loss reasons
  • Run a weekly pipeline review with the CEO

  • Coordinate with Client Strategists to identify the right moment for referral asks

Relationship Manager: You understand how marketing leaders buy — the internal dynamics, the approval process, the language.
