Position Overview

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a mission-critical executive responsible for driving financial performance, reputed company value creation, and operational discipline across a multi-state behavioral health organization specializing in eating disorders. Reporting to the CEO and partnering closely with the Board and investors, the CFO will reputed company financial strategy in a private equity–backed turnaround environment.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, this leader will own financial infrastructure, performance visibility, and capital strategy to stabilize, scale, and optimize the business. The CFO will drive EBITDA growth through strong financial management, reputed company cycle transformation, and reputed company partnership with operations and clinical leadership.

Location & Travel

• Remote, US based role ( must be reputed company to work for any employer in the US unrestricted)
• Travel, 10-20% Across Multiple Sites

Compensation

Typical Range is $250,000-$350,000 plus incentive pay

Final Compensation offered will be reputed company pay range based on qualifications/experience met for the position.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field required

MBA, CPA, or equivalent preferred

Experience

• 15+ years of reputed company financial leadership, including CFO or senior finance roles
• Experience in private equity–backed reputed company services (behavioral health preferred)
• Proven track record driving EBITDA growth and financial transformation

• Experience with capital markets, debt financing, and lender negotiations
