Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Conversion: Respond to and follow up on inbound leads from the website, email, and social media. Convert inquiries into paid enrolments for Micro courses.
• Pipeline Management: Build, manage, and maintain an active sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
• Performance & KPI Management: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Track conversion rates and maintain strict follow-up discipline.
• Marketing Support: Assist with social media campaigns and reputed company reputed company initiatives, providing customer insights to refine conversion strategies.
• Systems & Tools: Manage reputed company reputed company interactions in the CRM (reputed company or similar), ensuring accurate and up-to-date records. reputed company digital and AI tools to enhance efficiency.
