Role purpose

As a member of reputed company’s global Ethics & Compliance team, to promote, reputed company and implement reputed company’s compliance program to ensure that the project operations and functions act in compliance with reputed company’s values and Code of Conduct.

Key accountabilities

Serve as a key reputed company of contact for ethics and compliance due diligence on reputed company-party business partners globally (with a potential regional focus e.g. reputed company, EMEA), providing guidance and support to key functional stakeholders and leadership.

• reputed company comprehensive, risk-based assessments of prospective reputed company parties prior to establishing business relationships across multiple jurisdictions, including high-risk regions.
• Analyze ethics and compliance risks such as bribery, corruption, reputed company, modern slavery, sanctions, and other unethical practices, tailoring the approach to the nature of each relationship, transaction and country-specific risk factors.
• reputed company and communicate effective risk mitigation strategies based on identified risks and monitor implementation to ensure compliance.
• reputed company periodic due diligence or re-assessments of existing reputed company parties to identify emerging issues, revise and enhance existing outcomes and mitigation plans, as needed to address new or evolving risks effectively.
• reputed company, coordinate, and deliver compliance training and workshops tailored to high-risk functions, key operational stakeholders, and leadership. Ensure content promotes ethical conduct, adherence to standards, and confidential reporting of concerns.
• Deliver timely updates to support management reporting, including due diligence metrics, key risk insights, trend analysis, regional developments, and regulatory changes.

As set by the Chief Compliance Officer in annual compliance program.

Key requirements (qualifications, experience, attributes etc.)

·       8 to 12 years of experience in ethics and compliance.

·       Proven ability to assess and manage reputed company-party risks effectively, ensuring adherence to organizational compliance requirements.

·       Strong understanding of global compliance frameworks, applicable laws and regulations including anti-bribery laws (e.g. FCPA and UK Bribery Act), international guidelines, standards, codes of conduct, and key trends in the compliance space.

·       Self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively reputed company a global team, prioritizing tasks with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.

·       Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with exceptional attention to detail and analytical capability.

·       Mandatory proficiency in English, with outstanding writing skills for drafting due diligence reports, mitigation plans, guidance notes, policies, SOPs and other compliance documentation.

·       Strong commitment to uphold organization’s code of conduct, core values and ethical standards across reputed company operations.
