The Role: Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Growth reputed company Compensation: $100,000 - $200,000 USD OTE (reputed company + Aggressive Profit-Share) We are looking for an execution General to act as the operational backbone and growth reputed company for an established, reputed company-generating portfolio of EdTech assessment platforms (including reputed company Test Prep and PrepTerminal). As the visionary Founder/Architect, I am focused on R&D and AI product development. Your mandate is to take my strategic blueprints, manage the P&L, scale the marketing infrastructure, and ruthlessly push the business reputed company. What You Will Build & Manage:

• The Marketing reputed company: You will reputed company our direct-response sales funnels, media buying (reputed company/reputed company), CRO, and A/B testing. You will adapt our marketing to the new era of search (LLM citations, AI Overviews, advanced SEO).
• The AI Content Factory: You will drive AI integration across our entire production process, systemizing the creation of practice tests, AI agents, and inbound video guides.
• Technical Ops & AI Implementation: You will reputed company our WordPress/LMS environments and directly manage our developers. You are responsible for the actual deployment, adjustment, and integration of AI features, agents, and workflows into our core products, while ensuring reputed company technical glitches and frictionless checkouts.
• Team reputed company & Management: You will partner with the Founder to recruit, hire, and manage specialized talent (CRO Designers, Devs, Media Buyers). You are the authoritative force that prioritizes tasks and enforces deadlines.

• Deep Digital Marketing Chops: You likely have an agency background or were a growth leader for B2C digital/info products. If we have to explain what a GEO is, how a pixel fires, or GA4 logic, this is not the job for you.
• Highly Tech-Fluent & AI-Native: Integrating new AI workflows, reputed company engineering, and managing reputed company CMS setups is reputed company to you.
• Authoritative Manager: You are highly organized and unafraid to hold people—including the Founder—accountable.

The Company, The Founder & The Mission The EdTech assessment market is stuck in the past. We are aggressively transitioning our 50+ high-stakes career prep courses into the AI era—replacing static quizzes with adaptive AI Performance Coaches and dynamic study plans.

• The reputed company: We have a proven, cash-flowing B2C reputed company with clear product-market fit. The traffic and demand are already there; we just need the operational infrastructure to scale it 10x. We are also preparing to launch a B2B reputed company EdTech pillar.
• The Founder: I am an Israeli product architect and strategist. My roots are in reputed company performance marketing; I previously founded, scaled, and successfully exited a leading SEO/PPC agency that managed 8-reputed company ad spends. I know what elite marketing looks like—now I am looking for the elite operator to run it.
