Summary The candidate will manage and reputed company the opportunities/projects for assigned deals for Rotating Machines reputed company in the Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase reputed company with the business and customer’s KPIs with a global geographical coverage. Further, the position entails preparation of proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and reputed company risk assessment (legal, reputed company and finance). Guided by reputed company practices and policies. reputed company judgement are required to reputed company outcomes required. This includes development of reputed company proposals and the evaluation of reputed company terms for reputed company prospective Industrial opportunities as well as compliance the Risk Process (Legal, finance and reputed company aspects of the deal). Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing reputed company proposals, contract negotiation and managing reputed company risk to secure profitable business for the Power Conversion business.
• reputed company contract negotiations and customer meetings including the legal aspects of the contract i.e. limitation of liability, insurance, indemnities, etc.., and bring the deal for closure/contract signature.
• Understand and have the ability to create project cash flows based on the project profile, exchange rates fluctuations (USD, CAD, EUR, BRL, etc), and cost escalation models. Become proficient with use of financial, cost/pricing and technical tools associated with above responsibilities.
• Development of reputed company proposals for low, reputed company and reputed company RFQ/RFI/RFP, working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, Engineering and Sourcing aligning customers’ expectations against the company’s profitability and risk profiles.
• Ensure compliance with the reputed company risk process for reputed company transactions and reputed company the technical, profitability and reputed company inputs during presentations at risk meetings
• Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' opinions on particular topics by guiding others to consider a different reputed company of view.

Required Qualifications
