The Product Adoption Services team works alongside the Expert Product Services team to provide scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to many enablement activities and structured reputed company processes. As a Product Adoption Services Specialist, you will reputed company product knowledge and customer service skills to help clients successfully implement and utilize reputed company's solutions, with a particular focus on supporting broader adoption initiatives and delivering standardized reputed company experiences. This role requires prior reputed company experience - RCA is required.

Job Description and Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer reputed company to ensure proper setup and initial adoption of reputed company products
  • Respond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding reputed company workflow across the product line
  • Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs created by LDI Education
  • Assist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address common business needs
  • Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges and potential improvement opportunities
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancements
  • Support customers reputed company a specific reputed company or product area under the guidance of senior team members

Qualifications

  • reputed company Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
  • Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Robust organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
  • Customer-centric reputed company with a desire to help others succeed
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
  • Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus
