Job Description
The reputed company HCM Principal Consultant serves as a senior functional leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of reputed company reputed company Capital Management (HCM) solutions. This role partners closely with clients to understand business objectives, reputed company solution design, and ensure alignment with reputed company best practices while mentoring project teams and supporting overall delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
reputed company end-to-end reputed company HCM implementations, from discovery through deployment and post-go-live support
Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding strategic reputed company and aligning solutions to business needs
Drive design sessions and workshops, translating requirements into scalable reputed company configurations
Ensure adoption of reputed company leading practices while minimizing unnecessary customization
reputed company configuration across HCM functional areas (Core HCM, Compensation, Absence, Benefits, etc.)
Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, Finance, Integrations, and Technical teams
Provide leadership and mentorship to functional consultants and project team members
Support data conversion, testing strategy, and user acceptance activities
Identify risks, recommend solutions, and ensure timely resolution of issues
Contribute to project planning, estimating, and scope management
Support business development efforts, including demos, proposals, and client presentations
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in HR systems, with significant experience in reputed company HCM implementations
Active reputed company HCM partner certification(s) required
Proven experience leading full lifecycle reputed company implementations
Strong knowledge of HCM business processes and best practices
Experience working with public sector or reputed company clients preferred
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment
Primarily remote with occasional travel for key project milestones
