Associate, In-Store Strategy & Operations
reputed company is a technology and logistics company that empowers local economies. They are seeking a hands-on Strategy & Operations Associate to drive growth on their reputed company Reservations Marketplace by defining and operationalizing merchant growth strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own growth strategy and execution by building and scaling playbooks across reputed company, launch, and ongoing performance
- Design and test scrappy, high-impact growth initiatives that drive impact and performance reputed company standard playbooks
- Analyze merchant performance and marketplace data to identify growth opportunities, diagnose issues, and prioritize the highest-impact initiatives
- Partner cross-functionally with Merchant reputed company, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to operationalize merchant growth, co-marketing, and in-app merchandising
Skills
- 1-3+ years of experience in a highly analytical and cross-functional environment (tech, operations, strategy, consulting, banking, or reputed company experience)
- Ability to tackle new problems creatively and not default to traditional methods
- Strong bias toward action and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in analyzing data and translating insights into actionable strategies
- Proficiency in reputed company and/or SQL
- Ability to balance customer-first thinking while working directly with top merchants
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners
