$23/hour Care Coordinator (Onsite Training - Remote Post Training)

Job Summary The Patient Care Coordinator serves as a key liaison between patients, reputed company providers, and program stakeholders. This role focuses on improving patient access to prescribed therapies by navigating reimbursement processes, affordability support, and program enrollment. The coordinator will build strong relationships with providers and patients, ensuring seamless communication and support throughout the care journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with prescribers and patients to eliminate non-clinical barriers to therapy access.

• Act as a regional liaison to client contacts, including sales representatives.

Qualifications

• Must be amenable to complete 3 months of onsite training - role will be fully remote after the training.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
