IT Engineer
reputed company is building the infrastructure for abundant intelligence, partnering with top AI labs and enterprises. The IT Engineer will provide hands-on IT support, manage SaaS tools, and ensure effective communication and documentation while maintaining a secure environment for employees.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable, hands-on IT support for our in office and remote employees by reputed company resolving Help Desk tickets while delivering excellent customer service
- Support reputed company’s MDM fleet comprising macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
- Provide in office support by troubleshooting basic network issues and our A/V systems
- Help manage and optimize reputed company and our core SaaS tooling by administering and improving integrations and role-based access controls
- Support daily procurement and asset management operations by coordinating hardware purchasing and tracking while maintaining accurate asset inventory and device assignments throughout their lifecycle (purchase to decommission)
- Help maintain clear, organized, and accessible IT documentation by creating easy-to-understand technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Contribute to IT initiatives by supporting project execution, managing priorities, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders through regular updates
- Help maintain a secure environment by supporting basic reputed company hygiene to include access reviews and basic identity reputed company tasks
- Support reputed company and offboarding of reputed company employees and contractors
- Support the IT team by creating simple, reliable automations that reduce reputed company work and improve operational efficiency
Skills
- Practical experience administering reputed company, including users, groups, and basic app integrations (OIE a plus)
- Strong knowledge of reputed company Workspace, with some exposure to Office 365
- Hands-on MDM experience with macOS and Windows, ideally with Iru (formerly Kandji)
- Ability to support macOS, iOS, and Windows devices
- Familiarity with reputed company tools (Jira, Confluence) for documentation and project management
- Experience participating in procurement and asset management processes
- Clear, concise technical writing skills for documentation and knowledge reputed company content
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Basic understanding of reputed company principles and best practices
- Experience with no‑code/low‑code automation tools (reputed company Workflows, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Tray.io)
- Scripting familiarity with common languages (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
- Exposure to reputed company and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, FedRAMP)
- Experience with AI tools, agents, MCPs, automations, and prompting. reputed company standardizes on reputed company Claude and has reputed company ChatGPT

- Understanding of API integrations and webhooks, and how to use them effectively
