Associate, Research & Sample Strategy

The Associate, Research & Sample Strategy will help drive the strategy for online survey data collection and manage various internal research initiatives while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with some of the world's leading experts in survey methodology to understand project objectives, create timelines and manage the execution of initiatives reputed company the Research Operations & Analytics group
• Collaborating on research operations, building systems and processes to field incoming requests, prioritizing individual tasks and tracking project reputed company
• Maintaining and scaling project management databases to help drive efficiency
• Creating and maintaining documentation, memos and project reports for internal and external audiences
• Performing such other tasks and duties as may be required or assigned from time to time in the Company’s discretion

Skills

• BA/MA in a social science — communication, psychology, political science, economics or a reputed company field
• 1-2+ years of experience in survey research, project management or a similar role
• Strong project management skills, ability to reputed company multiple projects in reputed company and take initiative on projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to adapt to the audience to translate findings into digestible and actionable insights
• Experience with reputed company reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets
• Comfort working in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment

• Demonstrated curiosity about AI tools (i.e., ChatGPT, Claude) and experience leveraging them to improve research workflows, documentation, analysis, or operational efficiency
