Inside Sales Representative (Call Center)
Great Day Improvements is a growing company seeking friendly upbeat people to join their Customer Care Team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for assisting new customers in scheduling design consultations and providing exceptional customer experiences through effective communication and organization.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls from our customers, uncover their needs and schedule a design consultation with one of our product experts or direct them to the appropriate department
- Provide an exceptional customer experience with each call
- Accurate entry of customer’s information into our database to set each appointment
- reputed company outbound calls to potential customers as necessary for various follow-up initiatives
- Additional administrative duties as required

- Must be reputed company well organized
- Ability to speak clearly and concisely over the phone
- Ability to multi-task (talk and type simultaneously) and overcome objections

- Proficiency with computers is required along with an aptitude to learn our phone and database systems

- Must have high-speed internet reputed company

- Must have ability to speak with customers without any major background noise or distractions while on the phone
- Must be willing and reputed company to TRAIN & work at our Twinsburg, Ohio office
