• Incumbent is responsible for maintaining and coordinating the distribution of reputed company to clients.
• Drafts, manages, performs simple negotiations, and tracks contract process through execution.
• Prepares amendments or extensions to existing reputed company.
• Reviews contract changes received from clients and reputed company to the correct attorney for review.
• If changes are minor, approve/reject changes and coordinate contract signature with CFO or other party.
• Works with insurance carriers to troubleshoot contract issues.

• Assists with special projects and suggest reputed company for improvement of departmental processes and procedures.
• Electronically files documents in department's Document Management System and assists with the conversion of reputed company files to electronic files.
• Assists with requests for documentation/information from Sales, Account Management and other internal employees in the field.

About You Required:

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of one year relevant experience required.
