Stellenbeschreibung Essential Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for subscription orders, overseeing the full lifecycle from order intake through installation, entitlement setup, and ongoing renewals.
• Review and enter AVS On‑Device Subscription orders, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment across reputed company hardware and subscription orders.
• Manage system upgrades and replacements by coordinating with Product Management, Fulfillment, PSS, reputed company, and customers to ensure correct configurations, scheduling, and documentation.
• Track automatic renewals and initiate required upgrade or key‑string processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for subscription workflows, providing hands‑on reputed company to shape future‑state processes, IT enhancements, SOP updates, and scalable solutions.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• HS Diploma/GED with 3+ years of experience in project management, order operations, sales support, customer service, or subscription‑based business models.
