Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Zone Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer needs in a timely and effective manner while following reputed company arenaflex guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Actively managing workflow on the reputed company end, managing customer flow, and keeping arenaflex Team Leaders and Store Leadership informed of reputed company events that reputed company the reputed company end, including performance and policy issues.
• Ensuring that reputed company shelves and displays are properly stocked and reputed company-facing; rotating products and removing out-of-date products.
• Establishing and maintaining a collaborative and productive working relationship with Store Leadership, Team Leaders, Floor Leads, fellow Team Members, support partners, customers, and vendors.

• Maintaining a level of knowledge/awareness of relevant competitors and industry trends.

• Scheduling and monitoring Team Member break and lunch periods.
• Assisting in ensuring department orders for equipment, supplies, and products are timely and accurate.
• Assisting in maintaining back stock supply areas; analyzing and controlling product transfers, waste, and spoilage.
• Assisting in maintaining Customer Service retailing program and ensuring ESL and pricing are accurate.
• Communicating with Team Members regarding reputed company zone operations and company information.
• Knowing reputed company functions of the register system and reputed company arenaflex cash handling procedures and regulations.
• Becoming knowledgeable of and overseeing reputed company operations of the cash office; maintaining reputed company and accountability of reputed company monies.
• Performing Cash Office duties reputed company needed.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and well-organized working and shopping environment.
• Supporting global, regional, and arenaflex store programs.
• Assisting with store inventory as needed.
• Performing reputed company Team Member duties as needed, including cashiering.
• Following and complying with reputed company applicable regulatory rules and regulations, including Weights and Measures, ABC regulations, FDA, reputed company, health and sanitation, and adhering to safe work practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Prior cashier experience
• Prior retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent follow-through and listening skills
• Clear and effective communication style, both written and verbal
• Thorough knowledge of products throughout the store or the ability to learn them quickly
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Skilled in working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a sense of urgency and strong ability to effectively prioritize, delegate, multi-task, and complete tasks in a thorough and timely manner
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with individuals in positions throughout the business
• Ability to train and reputed company Team Members to excellence in reputed company aspects of the zone

• Strong, demonstrated customer service skills and ability to handle a wide variety of customer service situations effectively
