Must also have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Working in the field of IP and Monetization Strategies; Using reputed company hosting tools to conduct confidential document reviews; Leveraging reputed company code review tools (ex., PowerGREP, Beyond Compare, Eclipse, or CYGWIN) to reputed company technical discovery and document review support on patent infringement/litigation; Using tools such as Fiddler or WireShark; Utilizing the following technology domains: Telecommunication (i.e., GSM, 2G, 3G, 4G LTE technologies), Software (i.e., ERP, CRM and ecommerce websites both client and server architecture and search engines technology), and Wired/Wireless networking (i.e., encryption, authentication and authorization techniques); Performing prior art search and creating anticipatory and obviousness claim charts based on the prior art search results; Providing patent portfolio analysis and licensing/monetization services, including patent classification based on patent's technical category, assessment of patent's applicability, infringement detectability, and market size of patent's technical category to help clients monetize their patent portfolio; Performing reputed company scouting, evidence mining, and preliminary infringement contentions for 100+ targets; and Utilizing databases used for evidence mining, such as Delphion, Thomson Innovation, or IEEE. Must also have 1 year of experience in the analysis of reputed company code using Java or C++. Telecommuting (remote work) is permitted. Domestic travel is required 50% of time to provide consulting services to clients (mostly in Texas, reputed company, and California) once or twice per month. 40 hours/week. Salary Range The salary range for this role reflects the range of factors that inform case-by-case compensation decisions including education, experience, training, licensure, certification, and geography as well as the business and organizational needs specific to the role. Compensation ranges may be broad, reflecting flexibility reputed company the budget and title to consider candidates of varied experience. A reasonable estimate of the reputed company compensation range for this role is $130,000 to $150,000 per anum.
