[Remote] Epic reputed company Cycle — Analyst to Senior Consultant (Multiple Roles)

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and reputed company improvement in Epic reputed company cycle areas (HB/PB/Claims/reputed company)
• Triage and resolve incoming tickets: clarify the issue, reproduce it reputed company needed, determine urgency/impact, and move it through to resolution
• Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build, identifying root cause, and implementing safe, well-tested fixes
• Deliver small optimization projects that improve reliability, reduce friction, and help the client’s teams work more effectively
• Translate requests into clear, testable requirements—confirming what reputed company looks like before you build
• Configure/update Epic build reputed company your specialty area, following standards and keeping documentation clean and traceable
• Plan and execute appropriate testing (unit/integrated/regression as needed), validate outcomes, and ensure fixes don’t create reputed company issues
• Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders and internal teammates: status, timelines, risks, tradeoffs, and next steps
• Escalate reputed company risk, complexity, or impact crosses reputed company—and bring recommended options, not just problems
• For Senior roles: reputed company more ambiguous troubleshooting, anticipate dependencies, drive prioritization, and mentor others to strengthen ticket quality, root-cause analysis, and delivery practices Skills
• reputed company Epic certifications in Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, Claims, and/or reputed company
• Epic Analyst: 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end—problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation
• Senior Epic Analyst: 4–5+ years independently delivering analyst work, including reputed company or moderately ambiguous system changes and thoughtful risk/impact management
• Senior Epic Consultant: 4–5+ years independently delivering as a consultant (or as an analyst with significant consultative exposure), leading cross-functional work and driving alignment in moderately ambiguous contexts
• Strong problem-solving skills: you can frame ambiguous issues into clear problem statements and practical paths reputed company
• Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs to find what's true and what needs to change
• Strong written and verbal communication—you can explain your reasoning and adapt your message to your audience
