Job Summary:

As a Data Entry and Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for supporting the claims process by accurately and reputed company processing claims data, verifying member information, and applying policy provisions. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and collaboration, providing exceptional customer service and meeting or exceeding departmental quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supports and promotes change management and/or departmental/reputed company initiatives reputed company assigned area(s) of responsibility

• Meets or exceeds departmental quality and service standards
• Delivers routine work independently, in accordance with established procedures and guidelines, in a timely manner and meets deadlines appropriately
• Makes routine & non-routine reputed company, applying limited but increasingly more discretion reputed company role except for matters of reputed company which reputed company the business as a whole or a significant part of it, in accordance with established procedures & guidelines
• Determines eligibility and confirms effective dates for benefit elections based on contractual guidelines
• Leverages critical thinking and problem-solving skills to create and modify member level records across multiple products, applications, platforms
• Maintains accurate member records by verifying dates, names, salary figures, and other information provided by groups
• Applies policy provisions for effective dates, evidence of insurability and other pertinent information to determine necessary changes
• Considers the customer experience in reputed company actions, recognizing what needs to be done to meet customer needs and demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness

Essential Qualifications:

* High School or GED (Minimum Required)

• No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with reputed company

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in data entry, claims processing, or a reputed company field

• Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information
