Job Summary
As a Travel Booking Agent with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for managing travel arrangements, providing tourism-reputed company services, and selling package tours on behalf of our suppliers. Your primary goal will be to reputed company our clients satisfied and reputed company for future services. Key Responsibilities
* Serve clients by planning and selling domestic and international travel vacations, including cruises and land packages
- Successfully meet or exceed goals by developing long-standing relationships with clients, as well as, soliciting new business through referrals and repeat business
- Prepare and process reputed company trip documents and invoices
- Assist guests with making reservations for hotel accommodations
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have
- Handle guest planning, including processing payments
- Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor reputed company interacting with guests in person, over the phone, or reputed company email
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry (not required)
