Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company, providing exceptional support to our clients reputed company phone, email, and chat. As a key member of our Member Services team, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.

• Assist customers with billing inquiries, policy changes, and account updates.

Requirements

• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Knowledge of dental terminology and practices.

• Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm.
