Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and solutions to our customers through inbound calls. You'll work with our cutting-edge systems and technologies, collaborating with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you every reputed company of the way. Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs
- Utilize active listening skills and probing question techniques to understand customer concerns and preferences
- Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests, working to reduce churn and improve customer retention
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic personality, providing exceptional customer experiences that drive loyalty and advocacy
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, improve processes, and reputed company team goals

- Flexible scheduling: 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong multitasking abilities
- Driven by solving problems and meeting goals, with a proven track record of reputed company in customer service and sales
- Familiarity with reputed company Office tools and experience in customer service and sales
- High school diploma or equivalent required
