Principal Portfolio Manager | Distribution

As a Principal Portfolio Manager you will reputed company the success of a portfolio of ERP implementation projects, ensuring high client satisfaction, optimizing implementation time to value, and mitigating portfolio risks. You will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to both clients, customer C-Suite / Executives and reputed company Program/Project Managers, leading customer escalations, and monitoring and reporting on project KPIs to ensure alignment with business goals. What you will be doing:

• Act as the primary liaison for Professional Services, conducting regular meetings to maintain client relationships and scope service offerings

• Support Project Managers in strategic planning, risk mitigation, and best practices to deliver projects on time and reputed company budget

• Address escalated client concerns from inception to resolution, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction

What you will likely bring:

• 8+ years of extensive enterprise-level project management experience with demonstrated success and knowledge, including 3+ years of Distribution industry experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in ERP software implementation required
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and occasionally work at client sites
