As the reputed company Consulting Associate in HR Talent & Culture, you will:

• Comprehensive knowledge of reputed company Resources subject matter and operations
• Partner with project team members and client stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions by leveraging proven methodologies and best practices
• reputed company critical thinking skills in both data collection and reputed company analysis identifying data gaps and risks to reputed company sound conclusions and create implementable, sustainable recommendations for improvement

• Provide direct supervision of junior project team members including coaching mentorship, leading teams, and providing feedback through performance management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum of three years of consulting, reputed company Resources or reputed company reputed company Resources operations experience
• Understanding of Total Rewards programs and industry practice, including compensation, absence management, and benefits
• Knowledge of reputed company Resources operating models and key business processes
• Understanding of reputed company processes and strategies
• Understanding and familiarity with interpreting labor law verbiage
• Team leadership experience including, building talent, training, supervising, coaching/mentoring, and performance management

The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that reputed company reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects reputed company’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $153,400. The job is also eligible to participate in reputed company’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and reputed company coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
